Photos, floorplans and site plans Delivered within 24 business hours from the time of the booking.* *Twilight packages excluded. Files for twilight packages are delivered between 2:00pm and 5:00pm on the following business day. Property videos Delivered within 36 to 48 business hours from the time of the booking.

An express delivery option is available for an additional fee. Files will be delivered the next business morning between 9:00am and 10:00am. Photogram Hub services Metropolitan Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills on a daily basis. Other locations within South Australia may be serviced subject to availability and applicable travel fees. Key collection fees start from $33 (inc GST) based on the distance between the key collection address and the property address, and include key return where required. A fee applies when the collection address is more than 5km from the property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Last-minute cancellations impact our team and business operations. To ensure fairness and efficiency, the following cancellation policy applies. To avoid a cancellation fee, clients must notify Photogram Hub via email or phone at least 24 business hours prior to the scheduled booking time, unless due to extreme weather conditions or otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation fees • Cancellations within 24 business hours of the scheduled booking time: 30% of the booking fee • Cancellations on arrival (after our team has attended the property): 50% of the booking fee plus any applicable travel fees* *This includes instances where the property is not ready for photography or where access cannot be granted due to tenant or vendor unavailability. Additional charges will apply if a second visit is required.

Drone photography and video are available where permitted under Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations. Drone operations may be restricted or unavailable in certain locations, including areas within controlled airspace or near airport runways due to CASA regulations and geofencing limitations.

All photographs and/or video content produced by Photogram Hub are protected under Australian Copyright Law. Photogram Hub retains all rights, title and interest in the content, including copyright and moral rights, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content solely for the marketing and promotion of the specific property or project photographed. This licence is limited to the property or project commissioned, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where additional usage is required (including re-licensing to vendors or other agencies), re-licensing must be approved by Photogram Hub. All communication and file handling relating to re-licensing must take place between the relevant parties. Photogram Hub is NOT responsible for managing or facilitating re-licensing negotiations. Re-licensing charges may apply.

Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices outstanding for more than 30 days may incur a late payment fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. Photogram Hub reserves the right to suspend future services and withhold image licensing or usage rights until full payment is received. Accounts overdue by more than 60 days may be referred to a debt recovery service, with any associated costs payable by the client.

By confirming a booking with Photogram Hub, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
